Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and Krishna Furniture ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By placing an order or engaging with our platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Eligibility and Account Responsibility

To engage with our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are accessing our platform on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you are duly authorised to bind that entity to these Terms. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. Krishna Furniture reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

Product Information and Pricing

We make every effort to ensure that the product descriptions, dimensions, materials, and imagery displayed on our website are accurate and representative of the actual items. However, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to differences in screen calibration and the inherent characteristics of natural materials such as wood and fabric. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are subject to change without prior notice. Krishna Furniture reserves the right to correct any pricing errors or inaccuracies at any time, including after an order has been placed.

Orders and Order Confirmation

The placement of an order on our platform constitutes an offer to purchase and does not, in itself, guarantee acceptance. An order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a formal confirmation from Krishna Furniture via email or other designated communication channels. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order at our discretion, including in instances of stock unavailability, pricing discrepancies, or suspected fraudulent activity. In the event that we are unable to deliver the product due to unforeseen circumstances, shipping and handling charges will be refunded. We shall not be held responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transport strikes, supplier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. However, if the customer initiates a return, these charges shall not be refunded.

Payment Terms

All payments must be completed in full at the time of placing an order, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit and debit cards, net banking, UPI, and other modes facilitated through our certified payment gateway partners. All transactions are processed in a secure environment in accordance with applicable PCI-DSS standards. Krishna Furniture does not store any sensitive payment information on its servers.

Delivery and Shipping

We endeavour to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes communicated at the time of purchase. However, delivery timelines are indicative and may be subject to variation owing to factors such as geographic location, logistical constraints, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery. It is your responsibility to inspect the delivery upon receipt and report any damage, discrepancy, or missing items to our customer support team within the stipulated return window.  For more clarity on returns and refunds, you may refer to our Refund Policy. Installation services, where applicable, will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch except shipping and handling charges. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will be governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Custom-built and made-to-order furniture pieces may not be eligible for cancellation once production has commenced, as these are manufactured exclusively to your specifications. We encourage you to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

Returns and Refunds

All return and refund requests are subject to the terms outlined in our Return Policy and Refund Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery of the product under valid circumstances or receipt of a wrong item, a damaged product, or a significant quality discrepancy which are taken into consideration and may be repaired/ replaced, as per company policy. Refunds are initiated within 48 hours after inspection and approval of the returned product and are processed through the original payment method or as store credit, at the customer’s discretion. Custom-built furniture, clearance items, and products that have been used or damaged post-delivery are not eligible for return or refund. Claims without sufficient evidence may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Warranty

Krishna Furniture warrants that its products are free from manufacturing defects under normal use and conditions. Warranty coverage, duration, and terms vary by product category and will be communicated at the time of purchase. The warranty on products sold by us is up to one year and may vary from product to product; customers are advised to refer to the sales representative for specific warranty details. This warranty does not extend to damage arising from misuse, neglect, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear. Any warranty claims must be raised through our official customer support channels, accompanied by relevant documentation and proof of purchase.

Intellectual Property

All content featured on our website — including but not limited to product images, descriptions, logos, graphics, and written material — is the exclusive intellectual property of Krishna Furniture and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any such content, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Krishna Furniture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or damage to property. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be sought to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. In the event that an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Gurugram, Haryana.

Amendments to These Terms

Krishna Furniture reserves the right to revise, update, or amend these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on our website. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. Continued use of our platform following the publication of revised Terms shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
