CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION
Cancellations on order placed are allowed only before order is shipped
from Krishna furniture warehouse, we will accept the cancellation with
deduction of Payment Gateway processing and service fee of 2% on the

No cancellations are allowed once the order is shipped from Krishna
Furniture warehouse. In case of any exception, at the sole discretion
of Krishna Furniture, two-way shipping charges will be borne by the

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days* of receipt of the
product by Krishna Furniure, provided goods are received in acceptable
condition, as dispatched from our warehouse. Refund method will be

Orders paid for through credit/ debit card will be refunded back to

Orders paid for through net banking accounts will be credited back to
