​​At Krishna Furniture, we strive to provide a seamless and hassle-free delivery experience for our customers. Below are the details regarding our shipping process, estimated delivery timelines, and important guidelines to ensure a smooth delivery.
 

Delivery Locations
 

We currently deliver across Delhi/NCR using our in-house delivery network to ensure safe and timely transportation of our products. We are working on expanding to other cities soon and will keep you updated!
 

Estimated Delivery Time
 

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on the product and location. While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, unforeseen circumstances may sometimes cause slight delays.

  • In case of pre-orders, the estimated delivery time is 12-15 days from the date of shipping (as mentioned on the product page at the time of purchase). Pre-orders cannot be shipped earlier than the indicated timeline.

Delivery Checklist: What to Check Upon Receiving Your Order
 

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, kindly check the following when your product arrives:
✅ External Condition: Inspect for any visible damages such as cracks, chips, unfinished areas, or insect infestations.
✅ Assembly: If your product requires assembly, our delivery team will assist you in setting it up. Please ensure all nuts and bolts are present and securely fitted.
✅ Wall Installation: If the product requires wall installation, decide the placement beforehand and ensure necessary approvals for drilling, if required.
✅ Stability & Balance: For floor-standing furniture, verify that it stands evenly. If any leg is slightly uneven (less than 5mm difference), our team will install leveling bushes. If the difference exceeds 5mm, we will arrange for a replacement or repair.
✅ Seating Products: Test seating furniture for stability and comfort.
✅ Storage Products: Check internal storage spaces to ensure they are free from splinters or loose parts. Please note that internal finishes may vary slightly from external finishes.
✅ Wood Characteristics: Natural variations in wood, such as grain patterns, minor stain differences, and small knots, are standard. Any knots affecting structural integrity are rejected during quality control.
 

Important Note:
 

  • If you notice any damage or defect, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof to our customer support.

  • Do not accept deliveries with tampered or damaged packaging (minor transit markings are acceptable).

  • Once the product is delivered and the delivery team leaves, we can only address manufacturing defects as per our warranty policy.

Order Cancellation Policy
 

  • Cancellation Before Shipment:
    You may cancel your order before it is shipped from our warehouse. In such cases, a 2% deduction will apply as a payment gateway processing and service fee.

  • Cancellation After Shipment:
    Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed. However, in rare exceptions (at the sole discretion of Krishna Furniture), a cancellation may be processed, but the customer must bear two-way shipping charges.

  • Part Payment Orders:
    If an order has been placed with an advance or partial payment, the amount paid will be considered as a cancellation charge and will not be refunded.
     

Return Policy
 

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
✔ The product was delivered in a damaged condition.
✔ There are manufacturing defects.
✔ The product received is incomplete or incorrect.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Returns must be requested within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos.

  • Products should be unused and in their original packaging, including price tags, labels, and invoices.

  • Do not accept products with tampered packaging at the time of delivery.

  • Strong and secure packaging is required for returning items to avoid transit damage.

  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized products cannot be returned.

  • Items purchased on sale or at a discount are not eligible for returns unless they are damaged upon delivery.

  • Krishna Furniture reserves the right to reject returns at its discretion.
     

Return Process
 

  1. Initiate a Return Request:

    • Contact us via phone or email to request a return.

    • Provide proof of damage or defect within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Product Pickup:

    • If eligible, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your location.

    • If a reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be required to self-ship the product or dispose of it as per our instructions.
       

Refund Policy
 

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving and verifying the returned product.

  • The refund method will depend on your original payment mode:

    • Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the same card.

    • Net Banking: Credited back to the original bank account.

    • Gift Certificates/Vouchers: Reissued in the same format.

    • Other Payment Modes: Refunded via NEFT transfer or account payee cheque.

  • Partial Payment Orders (Cash on Delivery - COD):

    • If you have paid a token amount for a COD order that was undelivered or refused, the amount will not be refunded but can be adjusted in your next order.

    • Your next order will require full advance payment, and the token amount will be deducted from the final price.

Important Notes:

  • Banks and payment gateways typically take 7-10 business days to process refunds.

  • Cheque refunds may take additional time for shipping and clearance.

  • If wallet credits were used for purchase, refunds will be credited back to your wallet.
     

Returns & Refunds Will Not Be Accepted In The Following Cases:

🚫 Product is damaged due to misuse by the customer.
🚫 Previous malfunctions were not reported, leading to further damage.
🚫 Non-warranted defects or damages as per the manufacturer's terms.
🚫 Missing original packaging, accessories, or manufacturer’s box.
